LPG SAFETY
LPG is an extremely flammable, liquified gas stored under pressure in gas cylinders and/or tanks.

Safety Tips for Using LPG
How to stay safe with LPG:
If you smell gas when no appliance is operating, turn off all valves and cylinders and call an LPG Technician or installer.
Always light the match first, then switch on the gas.
Always open doors or windows to let in fresh air, this is only where the exhaust gasses can pass to the outside atmosphere through a flued appliances.
Only use LPGSASA "Safe Appliances", as they carry certain built in safety devices.
Never leave gas appliances on and unattended.
Always buy gas bottles from legitimate suppliers, that have printed plastic seals.
All installations should only be carried out by certified installers, ask for their licence cards, or check on the SAQCC
website to see if they are registered.
