IF YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE OF 18

We may check that your parent or guardian has given you such permission, for example by asking you to provide us with your parent’s or guardian’s contact details so we can contact them. We may also check and verify guardian details . Failure to provide verifying information of your guardian may lead to refusal to use our Platforms.

Information from using our Platforms
When you access our Platforms, whether or not you are a registered user, Depending on how you access and use our Platforms, we may receive:

OPT OUT FROM DIRECT MARKETING

We take steps to ensure that information we obtain through our websites is protected. SENDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA
We may transfer certain Personal Information outside the geographic borders of South Africa to service providers for purposes set out above including for data storage and back-up purposes to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems.When any of your information is sent outside our borders we will ensure that it is handled and done legally as set out in POPI.

SECURING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We secure all information provided to us under our control by taking appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent loss of, damage to or unauthorised destruction of Personal Information; and unlawful access to or processing of Personal Information.
In order to implement and maintain such measures,and policies, we have controls and procedures that cover for example:

Third party services
Sometimes we use third party platforms to deliver our online resources. Those sites are hosted and managed by external organisations. External websites and are not subject to our privacy standards, our procedures or this policy.
We are not responsible for protection of personal information or data collected through external websites. Occasionally, we use third parties to provide us with aggregate statistical analysis of our website traffic. We do not provide them with any personal information. Should you disclose your Personal Information to any third party other than Stadgaz, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising or suffered by you as a result of the disclosure of such Personal Information to any third party. You should always ensure that you read the privacy policy of any third party.
Credit card information
We provide you with the opportunity to pay for products or services you purchase online by credit or debit card. Our online shopping facility permits you to save your card details in an online profile so you do not have to enter the details each time you make a payment. Your credit or debit card information is transmitted directly to our online credit card payment service provider and is not stored on our Internet servers. Order information
Your order details are only stored and transmitted in encrypted form on our internet servers. This means that communication between your browser and our order system, for instance, cannot be read by others on the internet. Using our ordering system is regarded as consenting to the storage and use of your information by Stadgaz and its business partners.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
Having provided adequate proof of your identity, you have the right to:
– view, correct and/or amend your Personal Information we process. Please note that as a registered user, you can do this through your user account. at this stage we will only retain your Personal Information subject to any legislative requirement and/or our internal retention policy.-
– You may request a record of the information we hold about you, this may attract an admin fee to release this information description of your Personal Information.
– us complying with your requests upon receipt unless we have credible reason why we cannot comply.
– inform you if reasonably practicable, should we change your Personal Information and this has an impact on decisions about you.
– notify you of any unauthorised usage or access of your Personal information or any irregularities identified.
